Reset your meal plan sign-in password by completing the following steps:
Visit the Evolution Nutrition client portal login page.
Select Forgot Password.
Enter the email address associated with the account and click Submit.
Open email from Follow My Nutrition Plan (check spam folder if not in your inbox), copy the temporary password, and click the Click here link to access the portal with your new password.
Enter your email address in the Username field and temporary password in the Password field, and click Log In.
